What is going on . I hook up at 28kbps then 31 sometimes 49kbps. My service is soo slow. Need to find out what is going on. I have been with you 14 years & never have I had this problem! Please let me know what is going on. Because I don't have 20 min for it to get to a page. KimVile

Have New Computor, & still
internet runs so slow. It use to run much fast when I first had my service. For the past few years it hase been real slow. I just thought it was my old computor being loaded down. This one should be alot faster. I know it is saying I'm hooking up at 49.2kbps it sure don't acted like it. I have had much faster on this same phone line. From you as my server. Do not understand. Need to know what is going on.
